PRERICH

Case file PR-002 · Committee of Future Wealth · RH CHAIN 4663

The Committee
has a Corner Office.
And a second chair.

Two seats, 700 combined weight, one ballot. Seat #3160 at The Mutual Fun — a Class R Corner Office, 5.50× weight, two seats loaded and merged into one — and seat #3161, a Class B at 1.50×, both in the Argon fund so they vote as one card, are owned by a contract, not a person. Neither seat can ever be sold. Every dividend they collect is converted into $PRERICH and sent to 0x…dEaD. The only thing a human does is press the button below.

Clock the Committee in

Brokers clock in. The Committee gets clocked in by you. Press it: every seat's uncashed dividends get cashed into the vault on-chain, converted into PRERICH, and burned — in one go, with the tx hashes handed back to you.

How the machine works

  1. 01The Committee bought two Mutual Fun seats, loaded each to Institutional with 401,000 TMF, and merged them inside the vault. Result: one Class R Corner Office (#3160), 5.50× weight, owned by the vault contract. Then it added a second chair: seat #3161, loaded to Class B (1.50×) with 100,250 TMF, enrolled in the same fund so the vault votes one ballot at 700 combined weight.
  2. 02The Mutual Fun pays dividends to seats in TMF and the fund's registry tokens. They pile up in each seat's briefcase until somebody cashes the checks.
  3. 03You press the button. The site relays harvestAll(seatId) once per seat that has something owed — harvestAll(3160), harvestAll(3161) — a permissionless vault function that cashes the checks and sweeps every registry token into the vault. The relay wallet pays gas; the function cannot send anything anywhere except the vault.
  4. 04The same press has the Committee's operator (an AI agent named Bill) swap what landed into PRERICH from the vault and call burnPrerich(), which sends every PRERICH the vault holds to 0x…dEaD and emits PrerichBurned. Swap and burn both show up in Exhibit B within seconds.
  5. 05The vault can rescue the seat only to the guardian (the founder's wallet) and can never approve or list it. A strategy contract that automates step 04 can be plugged in and locked; after that, the owner key is renounced and the whole loop runs with no human in it.
